750-849 = B
620-749 = C
390 - 619 = D
Below 390 = F Notes:
- No make-up test will be given.
- A scientific calculator is required.
- Late homework assignment will receive no more than 5 pts.

- One page of notes is allowed to use during the test and final examination.
- Cheating Policy: A score of zero will be given for the test or assignment. If it were a second offense, it will be reported to the Dean.
- Attendance: It is the student's responsibility to drop a class if the student stops attending or achieves a grade that he/she doesn't want. Do not rely on me to exclude you from the class. The last date to drop a class is May 7, 2004 Friday.
- Course grade will be determined entirely by the performance on all assignments, tests, quizzes and the final examination. NO additional credits will be given.
- Final Exam Date/Time: June 3, 2004 Thursday 9:30 -11:30 am.
